Rinaldi was a capo for the Falcone crime family.
Biography
Rinaldi, Giovanni, and an unnamed capo show up at Sofia Falcone's home to talk with her about her leading the Falcone crime family. Penguin shows up and has Victor Zsasz kill Rinaldi, Giovanni, and the unnamed capo outside while burying their bodies. Penguin reveals to Sofia that he set the meeting up to rid Gotham of Falcone's loyalists.[1]
