Regan was a member of the Red Hood gang.
Biography
A member of the Red Hood gang, Regan participated in the several bank heists performed by the gang, up until his death when the GCPD intervened. The remaining members of the gang, including Regan, attempted to go into a bank to rob it, and were killed in the ensuing gun fight.[1]
