This Unnamed Man is a henchman of the Penguin, and a former member of the Maroni crime family.
History[]
This man and another goon accompanied Penguin to his meeting with Fish Mooney at her club. When fish stabbed Penguin's hand, this man and the other goon were gonna draw their guns, until Penguin told them to stand down. They then left with Penguin after the meeting.
