Haven was a building that had more than 250 apartments within the GCPD territory during the Cataclysm.
History
Haven was home to all the survivors of the Cataclysm that joined the GCPD. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by Edward Nygma using an RPG while under the control of Theresa Walker, killing almost everybody inside the building.
