With Gotham overrun by vicious criminals, Gordon has his work cut out for him, and his case files are brimming with a grotesque Rogues Gallery of criminally insane felons. Also covering a range of unsolved cases, such as the tragic murder of Gotham socialites Thomas and Martha Wayne, and the terrible psychological impact the killing has had on their young son, Bruce, Gordon’s files form a complete picture of the city’s seedy underbelly and the hard police work required to save it from mob rule.
