Everett Kean was the father of Barbara Kean.
Biography
Barbara went to her parents place after her breakup with Jim Gordon, and Everett told her that she could stay as long as she needed to. [1]
Everett was killed by his daughter[2], along with his wife, after Jason Skolimski awakened the psychopath in her.[3]
