Biography
Oswald questioned Edwige about the history of a knife he was paid to steal by Theo Galavan. Though she initially denied knowing, she soon explained that 200 years ago, the knife was used to cut off Caleb Dumas' hand after he was falsely accused of sexually assaulting Celestine Wayne, triggering the downfall of the Dumas family and the Duma-Wayne rivally. She revealed that the remainaing members of the Dumas family had been forced to change their surname to Galavan, warning Cobblepot he was in deep waters.[1]
