Dave Metzger was an officer who worked in the Gotham City Police Department.
Biography
Dave Metzger is a corrupt police officer with ties to Oswald Cobblepot. After making a deal with a criminal in an alley way, Dave hears a noise from the stairwell below, and goes to investigate. After going down into the stairwell, he is killed by Professor Pyg. The police alongside Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock find his dead body with a pig's head over his head. This leads to Gordon going to pay Cobblepot a visit.[1]
