So we know for sure that Theo Galivan and Bridget Pike are there, but there's been lots of speculation about whom else might be there. Someone that looked an awful lot like Fish Mooney was spotted in a water tank there at the end of "Worse Than a Crime". I've read lots of rumors that Jerome Valeska and Barbara Kean might be there, and I agree that that would make some sense in both cases.
The next most likely candidate that I think is probably also at Indian Hill, I haven't seen anybody mention this yet, is Jonathan Crane. When we last saw him, he was strapped to a hospital bed squirming and thrashing in fear of an imaginary scarecrow, and the doctor said he would always be like that because they had no way to reverse the effects of the serum his father injected into him (which at first I thought would be unbearable torture, but then I reflected that it's actually impossible because I learned in a sociology class in college that if one experiences a high level of fear without stop for days, maybe even just for hours, the body will die because it can't afford to keep burning energy like that for very long; please excuse this lengthy tangent). He is permanently disabled, and we know he's eventually going to become the scarecrow, so he sounds to me like a classical Dr. Strange patient.
Beyond that, I wonder if maybe some other villains we've seen might return. The Balloonman was severely injured last time we saw him, would he end up at Indian Hill under the care of Dr. Strange? Clyde Destro's fate was left uncertain at the end of "Red Hood", mightn't he be there, too? What about some of the prisoners who became casualties of the Electrocutioner's experiments at Arkham? Finally, I was disappointed that Richard Sionis and Robert Greenwood apparently got killed off so soon, I thought they were interesting characters. Is there a chance that they might get a second chance?
Can you think of anyone else that might be there? Or do you know of reasons some of the people I mentioned definitely wouldn't be there?
