Bert is a driver for Blackgate Penitentiary.
Biography
Bert drove a large armoured truck containing Karen Jennings, who was a test subject of Pinewood Farms. Bert spotted a bag of money in the middle of the road; she went and picked it up. When she came back, she saw that her partner, Marty had been knocked out. Jim Gordon held a gun to her head and bribed her to remain silent.[1]
